She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Fitness Management (Exercise Science) and National Exercise Physiologist credentials through the American College of Sports Medicine. Additional Certifications includes, AFAA, Silver Sneakers Splash, and Senior Fitness Specialist. She has over 10 years of compiled experience in the wellness industry ranging from senior lifestyle programming, Corporate Wellness, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Community Health and Wellness, Personal Training and group exercise.
